2-day training course for business analysts, system analysts and software developers which has a goal to build a running software prototype for business process automation based on the existing business process description and using Ultimus Business Process Management platform.
The students will follow all the steps required to build a running business process software. They will map every major requirement of the business down to the technical configuration of the automated process. All the major benefits of Business Process Management technology will be examined using the real-life working prototype.
Every attendee will implement her own executable copy of the business process software by defining user tasks, process participant roles, task execution control, automated notifications, reminders, task escalation, task distribution, workload management, organizational charts, user interface design, parallel execution of tasks, automated business decisions, process performance control, workload control and other relevant attributes of the Ultimus BPM – based technical definition of the business process.
